Interesting insight into how we can allocate human resources
Dr. Kelly had some interesting points related to human resource allocation. I find it interesting how our programs often have a large number of people in managerial positions making decisions, but fewer people specifically assigned to tasks related to objectives. Decision makers are critical, but you must also have the man power to accomplish the objectives of the organization. This man power in some cases will need to be external to the organization, but in my opinion a few point people should be allocated to the accomplishment of specific objectives of an initiative.
